RG 200
tipping bucket rain gauge
with built-in tipping bucket system and additionally
recording on drum or strip chart, The wrifing device
is directly activated from the tipping bucket, and records
each impulsion. After 100 impulsions (10mm rainfall)
the pen is removed automatically to the zero-line.The
recording looks identical to the syphon type.
With the tipping bucket system, data loggers or transmission
systems can be connected directly. The tipping bucket
is fixed on one side with double ball bearings and can
be removed easily for cleaning.By its special form highly
accurate measurements are done. The complete tipping
bucket system can be adjusted separately (independent
of housing) to the horizontal position.
